About myself...

'Since starting my career as a Health Care Assistant in Nottingham, I now have over 25 years of leading Improvement at both a local, regional and a national level. I am proud to be leading the QI agenda at SFH, and aim to ensure that all colleagues have the skills and the opportunity to learn and develop QI, in order to continuously improve'

About myself...

'I originally trained as an orthoptist then moved into general management in community children’s services; I’ve worked in Service Improvement for the last 15 years, many of them at NUH before moving to Sherwood Forest in July 2019. My particular areas of interest are teaching, mentoring and coaching improvement skills along with facilitation of events and projects'

About Myself...

'I qualified as an Operating Department Practitioner in 2001 after completing my training at Kings Mill hospital. I have spent most of my career working in the operating theatres were my passion for patient safety and quality improvement started. Key interests are: team training and human factors- understanding how individuals, teams and organisations work together'

'I joined the Trust in February 2018 as a Quality Improvement Officer. Currently I work a dual role which I work three days as your Welfare & Wellbeing Specialist and one day as a Quality Improvement Officer. I am also silver accredited in QSIR.'

'I've been working in the Trust since 2015. I've been involved with clinical audit in GSU department before moving to Quality Improvement team in July 2019. As a QSIR practitioner I enjoy helping colleagues with their projects at all stages.'
