Clinical Research Facility

Work has commenced on a new Clinical Research Facility to deliver high-quality research at Sherwood Forest Hospitals. This is an exciting development that will provide greater opportunities for the local community to participate in Research.

Mobile Research Unit

In 2025, we will have access to a new Mobile Research Unit allowing us to more research focused on the local community.

Non-Executive Director for Research and Innovation

Professor Sir Jonathan Van-Tam (JVT) has been appointed as an Associate Non-Executive Director on the Trust’s Board of Directors, with a specific focus on research and innovation.
