Sherwood Forest Hospitals Finance Team in running for national award

Sherwood Forest Hospitals’ Finance Department are celebrating after being shortlisted in the prestigious Health Service Journal (HSJ) Value Awards announced today (Tuesday 3 March).
The awards recognise the outstanding dedication to improvement and celebrate the best examples of outstanding efficiency and improvement in NHS organisations nationwide.
Sherwood Forest Hospitals’ Finance Department is shortlisted in the Finance Team of the Year category for their diligence, ambition and the positive impact that they have made across the Trust.
The team will find out if they have been successful at an award ceremony in Manchester in May.
Director of Finance for Sherwood Forest Hospitals, Paul Robinson said:
“We are very proud of our Finance Team at Sherwood Forest Hospitals, who have embraced an initiative called Future-Focused Finance, which is about improving finance for everyone. We are committed to providing outstanding care for our patients, and to be shortlisted along with the other incredible nominees is a wonderful achievement.
