Could you be this year’s public judge in Sherwood Forest Hospitals’ annual awards
Posted Thursday, September 16, 2021 8:08 AM
For the first time, our local NHS Trust Sherwood Forest Hospitals, is seeking a member of the public to join their exclusive Staff Excellence Awards’ judging panel to offer the perspective of a member of the public, and to have input in choosing this year’s winners and runners up.
The Trust’s annual awards recognises and celebrates NHS staff who have gone above and beyond in delivering outstanding patient care and services during the last 12 months; a period which includes the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic and the roll-out of the COVID vaccination.
To hear the extraordinary efforts of Sherwood staff first-hand, and help choose this year’s winners, all you have to do is email your name to sfh-tr.staff.excellence@nhs.net. A winner will be randomly selected and will be contacted prior to judging. Good luck!
Patients and members of the public now have an additional week to nominate well-deserving NHS staff, as the deadline for submissions has been extended to 5pm, Friday 24 September. The People’s Award category, in conjunction with your CHAD, is solely available for patients and members of the public to nominate in.
Nominate NHS staff who have gone above and beyond here.
T&Cs
The successful candidate will be contacted week commencing 20 September 2021.
The judging session will take place online, therefore the winning member of the public judge must have access to a suitable device and internet connection. Alternatively, the public judge should be available to attend King’s Mill Hospital at the time of judging.
Judging will take place week commencing 27 September 2021, for approximately two hours.
Nominations will be provided to the judges digitally the week prior to judging.
