Parent and carer facilities

While your baby is on the NICU unit, we have parent and carer facilities available for you to use.

These include, three family rooms with kings sized beds and bathrooms, kitchen areas, a lounge area including dining room table, fold up beds, expressing room, play room and quite room. 

Hot drinks, water, bread and cereal are available within the family area. Food vouchers are available for the Spice of Life hospital restaurant, please ask a staff member for more information about this.

We also have a range of hospital facilities available for you to use. These include a Café, a restaurant, vending machines, WHSmith, Costa and a Morrisons supermarket on site.  

In memory of their lovely daughter the Emily Harris Foundation was created. This foundation supports families and staff on the Neonatal Unit.
