Your first day

First days in a new role can make people a little nervous.  All new colleagues attend our Welcome Day (Orientation Day). It is a half-day comprehensive programme that will equip you with a range of knowledge and information that will tell you about the Trust, our vision and values along with some important training sessions.

You will also get to meet other new colleagues joining the Trust from a range of different roles, so don't worry, you won't be on your own.
