TULIP Recognition at Sherwood

TULIP is for Touching Unique Lives in Practice and is used to recognise the amazing work and care that our colleagues at Team SFH provide in and out of the hospital daily. It is solely there to provide a well-deserved thank you to our staff that provide outstanding care to patients and the local community.

In these difficult times it is more important than ever to show our teams how appreciated their hard work is and what it means to the people they work with, the patients and all in the community!

TULIP isn’t about being judged by a panel, it is about someone recognising staff for having made their day a little brighter and it is a personal message of thanks.

These recognitions will be occurring throughout the year, and everyone that gets recognised will receive a certificate, and an exclusive money can’t buy TULIP pin badge.

Also, everyone that receives a TULIP recognition will be automatically entered into the CARE Award category of our yearly Excellence Awards.

Please email completed nomination forms to sfh-tr.tulipawards@nhs.net, or slip them into the DAISY/TULIP submission box or post to the address on the front of the form. You can also post your form to the address location on the front.   

We look forward to receiving the nominations and recognising colleagues who consistently go above and beyond when delivering patient care.
