The Stress Bottle


The Stress Bottle is a useful way to help you think about all the stressful things that have happened as well as any changes and loss in your life. It can be useful to think about past stresses and put them at the bottom of the bottle, as well as the stress you have faced in the build-up and after being diagnosed with a physical health condition.

Sometimes, when you sit down and draw out your own stress bottle, you can begin to see that it is not at all surprising you feel stressed!  It is also useful to think about what the people you are close to might have in their bottles.
