Vivup Staff Support Hub
If you are in acute distress and require immediate mental health support there is a dedicated self-referral staff helpline that is provided by Vivup.
You can also contact Vivup, our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), to confidently discuss any emotional, personal or work-related issues. These discussions do not get reported back to the Trust. If you, a colleague, friend or family member are in acute distress and require immediate mental health support you can contact the Mental Health Crisis Access Line (provided by Turning Point in Partnership with Nottinghamshire) on 0808 196 3779 or text SHOUT to 85258 for free, confidential support, available 24/7, 365 days a year.Alternatively, you can visit the Nottinghamshire Crisis Sanctuaries website (external link).
